KCC Bio Clean Team is a South Jersey-based, woman-owned company providing specialized biohazard, trauma, hoarding and hazardous-property cleanup services throughout New Jersey.

Our work goes beyond cleaning. We help families, property owners, businesses and community organizations navigate difficult circumstances with discretion, clear communication and respect. Every client and property is treated without judgment.

 Kaitlyn’s Commercial Cleaning was founded in South Jersey in 2011. As the company encountered properties requiring more specialized knowledge and safety measures, Bio Clean Trauma Service was established in 2012.

That experience eventually developed into KCC Bio Clean Team—a trained group of technicians prepared to address biohazard contamination, trauma scenes, hoarding conditions, severe property neglect, pest contamination and other challenging environments.

Today, we combine more than a decade of specialized biohazard-cleanup experience with more than 20 years of general cleaning experience. We remain committed to helping clients move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind.
